for the last 33 years, i've been turning life's lemons into the sweetest, most nourishing lemonade—learning to alchemize pain into power, challenge into clarity, and wounds into wisdom.

metabolizing my dramas and traumas has been the hardest and most rewarding journey of my life. 

i've moved through multiple, intense circumstances and come out softer, stronger, and more aligned than ever. 

i've transformed defensiveness into deep listening, anger into curiosity, and the need to be right into the freedom of acceptance. oh, the internal freedom. 

my creativity has been reignited, and i stand in profound clarity about my innate gifts and true purpose. 

over the years, as i've embraced the principles of radical self care and radical responsibility, i've learned to become my own Re-Source — allowing me to hold that space for others as well.

and it's been so worth it!!

i've distilled 30 years of training, practices, and embodied experiences — including somatic therapy, energy medicine, and emotional alchemy (and so much more) —into the heart and soul-led work i offer today.
